flaxseed 4tbsp
3/4c water
1 – 15 oz. can of raw pumpkin
2 C oat flour
2 1/2 scoops protein -brown rice
½ cup almond milk
½ C chopped walnuts (optional) 350 degrees 20 min
PALEO
2 ripe mashed bananas
3 tbsp almond butter
6 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup greek yogurt
3 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup liquid (almond milk or water)
1/2 tsp baking soda
a few shakes of cinnamon
stevia -25 drops

Hello, I just made the banana protein muffins (yum!!) and was just wondering about how many calories are in them? (One batch made 18 muffins with my smaller muffin tins)
Use My fitness pal and the recipe section it will do all the math for you. THey are prob around 60 each.
They are 30 each. Pumpkin is 35 calories
