2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Peel
1 tsp Minced Garlic
2 tbsp Peppermint (Mint)
3/4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup)Pecans Chopped
10 oz, boneless, raw Salmon
1. Combine pecans, mint, garlic, oil, and lemon zest in bowl.
2. Season the salmon liberally with salt and pepper, then spread mixture on top.
3. Bake salmon for approximately 15 minutes at 350.
