500 Rep Challenge-
This is a timed challenge! Set your timer and Go! Perform exercise effectively and quickly! Post your time on our fb wall, text or email your trainer a picture of you doing the challenge you time. Equipment needed: mat, weights, timer!
Start with 100 jump ropes
25 Squat, bicep curl, shoulder press combo
25 jump lunges (modification squats)
25 Full Sit Ups with weight behind neck
25 Mountain Climbers (modification just bending one knee at a time)
25 Tricep kickbacks
25 overhead tricep extensions
25 right sided plank hip dips
25 left sided plank hip dips
25 jumping jacks
25 V ups (It’s a sit up where you pull your arms and legs up to form the shape of a V and then lay down again)
25 Burpees with a Pushup
End with 100 jump ropes (if you don’t have a jump rope pretend)
Advanced/Intermediate Campers 2x through (try and beat your time)
Beginners 1x through
Assignment #4 REPEAT the 500 rep challenge try and beat your times.
Assignment #5 Repeat the 500 rep challenge and try to be the best time of the week for yourself.
