Our 60- and 90-minute outdoor yoga classes combine the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. This fun, challenging and reinvigorating workout provides hardcore results – without straining your body.
These aerobic classes take place outside, in the central valley heat. The heated environment, combined with the nature of the poses, stretches, strength and resistance training, are designed to raise your heart rate and tire your muscles.
The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout. Don’t forget your mat, a towel and lots of ice water!
