1 scoop protein
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp warm water, left to sit for 3 minutes)
Spray dish, Add powder, cinnamon, baking soda mix with fork, add pumpkin purree flax egg and microwave for 3 minutes in a mug.
