As I was driving home I got the urge to share this with you.
This challenge so far has flipped my life around in the best way possible. I have struggled with mental health for a majority of my life and in December of 2022 I was hospitalized because of it/was admitted to a behavioral center because I wasn’t stable enough to be at home. Since then I have been trying to slowly figure out how to make sure that never happens again which has been so hard and I honestly had been struggling because I wasn’t seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. These past couple of weeks I have felt my best and the happiest I have been in a very very long time. I am finally learning how to love myself and give my body what it needs while also gaining friendships and having fun (for the most part lol) while doing it!! So basically I just wanted to thank you for making me feel so welcome and for being a great support to me and many others during this journey. You have an awesome program going on here and I’m excited to see what the future holds!

The 45 day Challenge was just what I needed as a new mom with a 6 month old baby. I thought the weight had “fallen off”, but I didn’t realize that my muscle fell off too. I’ve worked with Jenn multiple times over the past 7+ years and always appreciate her “No BS, you can DO THIS” attitude. It’s empowering and motivating for me. Her spirit in this challenge was no different.In the past 45 days, I have cleaned up my eating, increased my activity- mainly walking! And had to MAKE myself make time for the gym. I’ve taken the protocol to heart and in return, I have seen my body morph dramatically and I am leaner than I have ever been. No cutting calories, no cutting corners, just straight science that works.
I’d recommend the 45 day Challenge to anyone who is looking to get focused, fit, and get results.

ABC boot camp not only put me in great physical condition, but it taught me how to completely transform my lifestyle. The program provided an excellent path for both healthy eating and effective fitness habits that I could practice daily.

6 miles in the backcountry 9k elevation with a backpack, carried 80 lbs on my back and 4 times i had 2 go back and take the pack off the 1 who carried 35lbs so he could make it. This pic was done especially 4 u. Cant thank u enough, best ive felt n 20 yrs. Karl

During the last 6 week you have helped me a lot. You pushed me when I wanted to give up and you held me accountable when I wasn’t On the right track with eating. If you would not have pushed the way you did I would have never accomplished what I did. A mile isn’t the end of the world anymore lol. But most of all you inspire me when you post all your goals and accomplishments. Seeing those pictures makes me see you as a person trying to reach your goals just like me. Thank you!

I just wanted to let you know that I think you and the trainers at ABC Fitness do a phenomenal job! I really don’t think that I would have been able to do half the things we did in camps if it wasn’t for your encouragement and pushing everyone to perform at their best. I have gotten so many compliments lately and I always say its because of boot camp. The most important thing is not just the workouts, but the life style change and the accountability you hold everyone to. Thanks again, I can’t wait to do another camp in the summer

Before coming into this I wasn’t sure how my body was going to react from all of my injuries and recent triple surgery. I played basketball since I was 5 and went on to play at Stanislaus but had to cut my career short due to my body practically falling apart. I frequently dislocated my elbow from a previous basketball injury and messed up my knee pretty badly at Stanislaus which left me with 30% nerve damage and practically no cartilage. Basketball and working out was my life and when that ended it was pretty difficult. I didn’t think I’d ever be able to get back to that level again. I was really hopeful coming into the boot camp but, skeptical at the same time. I didn’t want to get my hopes up and then have something go wrong during the 6 weeks that would cause me to drop out. And I am so glad that, that couldn’t be farther from the truth! Coming into the boot camp I could hardly flex my quad (bc of surgery), I ate terribly, and probably worked out once a week. I just didn’t even know where to begin. Once boot camp started I was so thankful, and I really began to feel better. When I said my eating habits were bad before, I mean bad. I didn’t eat vegetables, ever. And I had fast food or some sort of processed food at least 10 times per week. With your help though, now I stay as far from those foods as possible and don’t crave them at all. As for the working out portion of the boot camp, I LOVED it. I loved that the weeks seemed to get progressively harder. I loved that you provided assignments. But most of all I loved that you pushed me past points I didn’t think I could reach and do things that I didn’t think I’d be capable of doing! Over these 6 weeks I’ve seen my body change, I can flex my quad now, and overall I just feel stronger. I really missed exercising/working out at a competitive level and I am just so excited that my body is responding so well to this program. Now instead of working towards goals in basketball, I work towards goals for my body and push myself to new limits in a different way. I love it. I still have a lot of progress to make physically but mentally I’ve now realized that this is a life style change. It’s not a diet and it’s not a phase for me, it’s about being healthy and staying healthy and I think that’s the biggest thing that you’ve taught me. You’ve inspired me to make a lifestyle change and have given me the tools to continue for the rest of my life. I seriously could not be any more grateful for you or this program you’ve created. It’s changed my life and I will forever be grateful for you and this experience!

I am in the process of completeing my 12th Bootcamp. I have had gym memberships and worked with a trainer there. But nothing compares to what ABC Fitness has to offer. I Love/Hate the workouts. But I come from a family of eating all the wrong foods and bad exercise habits which leads to very poor health, I am determined to break that habit. I have not drank a soda in almost 4 years. What I like about Jenn and the other trainers is that it isn’t about being skinny it is about being healthy. I love that they call you on your bad choices and habits to try to make you better, It has totally changed my life. There are not many days that go by without me hearing Jenn’s voice in my head. I could have barely walked a mile when I started and September 2011 I completed a half marathon. Jenn sent texts for encouragment before and after. I am glad that I found this life changing Fitness program and trainers. It really works for me.
