Berry Muffins

Berry Muffins

4 cups oat flour (you can make your own by grinding up oatmeal in a food processor)
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
mix well
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
2 cup unsweetened almond, rice etc milk
2 cups berries of your choice
mix wet ingredients with mixer
add dry ingredients then fold in berries
bake at 400 degres for 15 minutes in muffin pan
