I never thought I could lose 21 pounds and 9 inches in 6 weeks. I feel great and I want to keep it up. I have high expectations for myself. 
I am so perky and happy in the morning after camp! I love how it makes me feel to start my day like that. I like the 6am class cause I crawl outta class and go to camp half asleep- and dont really wake up til about halfway through, so its almost over by then! hahaa...So far... I cannot say enough how this camp had EXCEEDED my expectations. I feel healthier in so many different ways: spiritually, mentally, physically. I started reading again, and keeping a personal journal along with my food journal. I feel more capable and organized! Probably sounds crazy that a workout program would touch those parts of my life--- but I really think it has. 
It's as amaZing as I was told it would be:) I love the results I am feeling and seeing & I am learning that I can do far more than I ever thought I could:) Although I am doing the work..I am thankful to the ABC Fit Crew & all my fellow campers for their support..in all forms (even when they get on me to try harder) :) 
This camp has exceeded my expectations! I am amazed at the changes in just the first half of the program. I really expeced to hobble in to camp the second day, or already be dreading another workout. That has not happened, definately helps make my goals much more attainable! 
I never thought in 6 weeks I could loose 29lb and 27 inches. Looking forward to my next results:) The work outs are never boring alway amazes me the different ways you work out the body parts.
