- Transfers: Roundtrip airport transportation provided via pre-arranged shuttle service

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 – Friday, Feb 27 | Arrival + Welcome Night
- Airport transfer from Tulum to resort
- Welcome drinks + light snacks upon arrival
- Settle into your room and enjoy the ocean breeze
Evening:
- 5:30 PM: Sunset stretch + beach meditation with Jenn
- 7:00 PM: Welcome dinner on the sand
- 8:30 PM: Opening circle under the stars
Day 2 – Saturday, Feb 28 | Ground & Flow
- Morning strength & mobility session with Jenn
- Excursion: Mangrove kayak or paddle tour — explore Tulum’s protected mangrove ecosystem with a local naturalist guide
- Free time: Beach walks, massages, or smoothie bar
- Afternoon: Temazcal sauna ceremony led by Mayan healers — a powerful detox and spiritual cleanse
- Dinner: Grilled local fish or chicken, roasted vegetables, coconut-lime rice
Day 3 – Sunday, Mar 1 | Culture & Creation
- Morning yoga & core fusion flow
- Excursion: Traditional Mexican cooking class — hands-on lesson with local chefs, followed by shared lunch
- Afternoon rest & ocean swim
- Evening: Guided Mayan clay ritual — full-body mineral clay mask, meditation, and rinse in the ocean
- Dinner: Chef-prepared tacos & tropical salad
Day 4 – Monday, Mar 2 | Ancient Wonders
- Early breakfast and departure for Chichén Itzá — one of the Seven Wonders of the World
- Explore the sacred Mayan ruins with a certified guide
- Lunch at a traditional Yucatán restaurant
- Optional cenote swim (crystal-clear natural lagoon)
- Late afternoon return for rest and sauna recovery
- Dinner: Chef’s choice Mexican fusion dinner
Day 5 – Tuesday, Mar 3 | Celebrate & Connect
- Morning circuit training + breathwork with Jenn & Nolan
- Midday beach time or spa appointments
- Afternoon Activity: Salsa dancing class — fun, high-energy movement on the beach deck
- Optional sunset photoshoot or journaling circle
- Evening: Farewell dinner & celebration with live music, connection circle, and reflection ceremony
Day 6 – Wednesday, Mar 4 | Departure
- Light breakfast and coffee
- Closing gratitude circle
- Airport transfers to Tulum International Airport
